SHIPPING & RETURNS
Belle of Promise orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and obviously not on holidays. Order confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout once item has been shipped.
Please ensure your mailing address has been entered correctly prior to purchase. Belle of Promise is not responsible for packages lost/missing or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
We cannot control delays for shipping once your package has been sent. You may track your package via the Shipping Confirmation email we send after your order has shipped.
If an item is pre-order/on backorder, all items in your order will be shipped at once when all items are in stock.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. All swimwear and intimates must be returned with sanitary strips in place.
You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
Any item(s) marked on sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
